Drivers Microsoft TapeDrive
Posted By admin On 31/01/22Hi, I'm hoping someone can help. I'm using DPM 2010 with a MSL2024 G3 tape library. Yesterday there was a tape stuck in the drive on the tape library which was removed from the drive using the option on the library's front console to remove the tape from drive. In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options. On the Security tab, click the Trusted Sites icon. Click Sites and then add these website addresses one at a time to the list: You can only add one address at a time and you must click Add after each one. Shutdown both the media server and the tape library 3. Start the tape library 4. Start the media server 5. Check that the tape library and tape drive are functioning correctly in the Windows Device Manager. The tape library should show as an Unknown Medium Changer with Microsoft Driver and the tape drive should have a Symantec driver.
