RETOURS ET REMBOURSEMENT

Returned items must meet these requirements : 

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, free of odor.

  • Shoes must be tried on indoors.Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box (es) and placed in a protective box.
  • All Items must have all tags attached accompanied by the return form.


To start a return, you can contact us at cs@occmenstore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us for any return question from the contact form.


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns on sale items, accessories, underwear, undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits due to hygiene reasons.

Return fees

Customers are responsible for shipping fees to send the items back to Occ men Store.




Exchanges

We are not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they have been received by our warehouse. 
If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.

Refunds


Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 14 business days. You will be notified by email if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). 
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
